1. Return Eligibility

You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.

Returns are accepted specifically for:

  • Receipt of the wrong item.

  • Size discrepancies.

  • Damaged or defective products.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please follow these steps within the 7-day window:

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID and clear images of the product.

  3. Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the status.


3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Method: Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Zodica Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping charges.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during a sale or at a discount.

  • Innerwear (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or personalized products.


6. Exchange Policy

Need a different size? We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to current stock availability. The same 7-day notification rule applies.
