Refund and Returns Policy
At Zodica, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If things didn’t quite work out, here is how we can help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
Returns are accepted specifically for:
Receipt of the wrong item.
Size discrepancies.
Damaged or defective products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please follow these steps within the 7-day window:

Provide Details: Include your Order ID and clear images of the product.
Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the status.
3. Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Method: Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Zodica Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping charges.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
Items purchased during a sale or at a discount.
Innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
Customized or personalized products.
6. Exchange Policy
Need a different size? We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to current stock availability. The same 7-day notification rule applies.
